Terms of Service

By creating a Tabkeel account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Tabkeel connects to the database you point it at, read-only, to monitor data quality, build a catalog and generate insights. Available features depend on your plan.

Your responsibility

• You confirm you are authorized to connect the database you point us at.
• We recommend using a database user with read-only permission.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and account secure.
• Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to access data that is not yours.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the period already paid. Prices may change with prior notice.

Usage limits

Quotas (tables, sources, AI credits, seats) follow your plan. Abusive API use or attempts to bypass limits may lead to suspension.

AI-generated content

Catalog descriptions, metrics and SQL generated by AI are suggestions and may contain errors. Review before relying on them, especially the SQL before monitoring a metric. You are responsible for what you approve and put into production.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to detect data issues, but we do not guarantee every incident will be caught. Decisions based on the alerts and metrics are yours.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.

Termination

You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or in the product. Continuing to use the service after the notice means you accept the updated terms.
